He got his feet w...</title><content type='html'>Well, the chef made an attempt.  He got his feet wet, and stretched himself beyond his comfort zone, no ?  I guess you don't get much credit for effort when you've got customers with specific expectations and dessert being sacred.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;You'd think with the economy and with nobody eating out these days....restaurants would try even harder, but it's just the opposite, and everyone's thrown in the towel it seems.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;I, myself, have a problem finding a good chocolate layer cake with buttercream frosting and ganache filling.
